The honest answer to "how much does it cost?" is "it depends on how much there is." We don't do hourly clocks and we don't surprise you at the end.

Yes, we take that
Loaded, hauled, and sorted at the yard.
- Single item — flat rate with a small minimum
- Quarter trailer — small loads (a couch, a few boxes)
- Half trailer — typical garage cleanout
- Three-quarter trailer — larger jobs (room of furniture plus appliances)
- Full trailer — whole-room clearouts, big sheds, hot tubs
- Multi-trailer jobs — estate cleanouts, full-house haul
