Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date given and assume the items described match what's actually on site. If the job is meaningfully larger, we'll re-quote before doing extra work.
You confirm you own the items being removed (or have authority from the owner). We're fully insured for the work we do; we're not responsible for pre-existing damage to the property.
Payment is due on completion unless arranged otherwise in advance. We accept cash, card, Zelle, and checks from established commercial customers.
